The blank is a placeholder. The number is agreed in the proposal, not on this page. The minimum term is 3 months, then monthly.

The fee is set as a share of measured value and reviewed with the monthly report. Hours are part of that review only when the runs recorded them. An empty time-saved figure stays empty.
