How we work

  1. 1. Discover

    We start with how the business makes money. The first question is which work is worth an agent, not which model is fashionable.

  2. 2. Build

    The agent is built against real examples from the business. It runs in that customer’s own n8n instance.

  3. 3. Go live with a confirmation

    A run that needs a person is stored as waiting. The decision, and who made it, stays on the run.

  4. 4. Report each month

    The report counts runs, failures, items, and hours only when hours were recorded. The fee is reviewed against those figures.

What stays on the record

  • A confirmation is stored on the run before a step that needs a person is treated as done.
  • The customer’s portal shows that customer’s runs only.
  • n8n is checked every five minutes. When it goes from up to down, Zazitek gets one email.
  • The monthly report is calculated from the stored runs.
  • The customer’s n8n is a separate instance. It is not shared with the next customer.
